How to Order

Please provide the following information:
- Delivery address incl. Post code
- Invoice address
- Order Number or contact name
- Catalogue code and quantity
Delivery
Ideally please provide a week commencing date for delivery and your order will be despatched on the Monday of that week by Ist Class Post ( Royal Mail delivery usually takes between 1-4 days).
Orders received without a 'week commencing date' will be sent out ASAP after receipt All orders are usually sent by Ist Class post.
Carriage & packing costs are based on the weight of parcel and start at £3.75 (for up to 750gms) increasing incrementally to £9.45 ( for up to 2Kg).
Orders required to arrive on a specific day or the next day can only be guaranteed if sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees arrival on any weekday before 1pm.
The cost of this overnight service plus packing ranges from £7.95 (up to 500gm), £8.25 (up to 1kg) and £10.85 (up to 2 kg).
For this next day service please state on your order ‘To be sent by Special Delivery’ and provide the date you want the order to arrive on.
We are quite happy to quote precise carriage costs on any specified order.
If possible please avoid ordering living cultures to arrive on a Monday so as to avoid transit over a week-end.
Payment
On despatch of your official order we shall send an invoice to your invoice address for payment within 30 days by cheque or BACS
Credit/Debit Card payments
We do not process card payments directly but can on your request send a Paypal Invoice to
your e.mail address which is payable by credit/debit card.
We are VAT EXEMPT and therefore do not charge VAT on any cultures or consumables.
International Orders
Please e-mail your requirements to receive a quote or pro-forma invoice.
Cultures are usually sent by Air Mail Post and delivery to Europe generally takes between 5-14 days. Orders to USA, Canada and Asia may take between 7-21 days.
On request we can send by trackable Fedex courier for 24/48 hour delivery, however because of the extra time involved in processing customs paperwork etc we have a minimum order value of £48.00 excluding carriage costs.
We prefer payment via a Paypal invoice sent to your e.mail address which is payable by credit/debit card prior to shipping.
We also accept payment by bank transfer prior to shipping.
