How to Order
Orders can be placed by letter, telephone/fax, ansaphone or e-mail.
Please provide the following information:
- Institution address incl. post code
- Order Number or contact name
- Catalogue code and quantity
- Please specify a 'Week Commencing Date' for delivery of cultures and we will despatch on the Monday of that week by 1st Class post
(Please be aware that 1st class post may take between 1 to 4 days to arrive after posting)
Urgent Orders
On customer instructions, orders can be sent to arrive on a specific day by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier. The cost of this overnight service varies between £5.45 to £9.15 depending on weight.
We are quite happy to quote precise carriage costs on any specific order.
Carriage
Carriage is charged at cost and wherever possible orders are sent by the most economical method, which is usually 1st class post
Overseas Orders
Please tell us your requirements and the date required and we will e-mail a quote including relevant carriage costs.
Payment
An invoice will be sent after the goods have been despatched.
We accept Debit/Credit Card Payments
We are VAT EXEMPT and therefore do not charge VAT on any items
